How to play Mahjong Classic Online?

The aim is to clear away all of the tiles by finding the matching pairs. To start playing, select one of 300 interesting tile layouts. Tap on two identical tiles to make a match.

You can select any tile, as long as it is not blocked by any other tiles on the right or the left side. You need to be able to slide the tile out horizontally to play it. You also cannot pick up a tile if there’s another one lying on top of it.

Special Tiles

You usually have to find two identical tiles, but there are two exceptions:

The flowers and the seasons. These tiles belong to a set of four each, and you can combine any two tiles from the same set to make a match. (This can be a bit confusing at first, because the spring season tile also features flowers.)

If you get stuck, you can ask for a hint or shuffle the remaining tiles using the two buttons in the lower left corner. You have three or each in every level.
